Why did you join AlphaSights?
Not only was I intrigued by the business model, but I was also immediately drawn in by the conversations I had with the members of the company. There was a real emphasis on people and how to achieve results together. It felt inclusive and energizing to want to be a part of it, especially coming in as a recruiter to help convey our culture to others.
Tell me about your position at AlphaSights.
As a senior recruiter for our lateral recruiting team, I lead our global strategy on experienced commercial hiring. What initially started as a team of one has now grown into a team of ten within a year, expanding across the EMEA and APAC markets. My team drives our program-based hiring models that include recruitment, talent management, and professional development practices for our revenue-generating functions of the firm.
What is your greatest success so far?
My greatest professional success so far is the speed with which I have developed my career in such a short time. I constantly feel like I am evolving as an individual, as a team manager, and as a talent acquisition expert. It feels like I’ve created my own business within the organisation, having successfully transformed a key recruitment model for our business and now recruiting top talent to support this growth.

What are you passionate about?
Teaching others. This has always been a passion of mine, and luckily I’ve been able to live it out during my time at AlphaSights. What motivates me the most is seeing my teammates or mentees succeed. Having been a part of that helps me understand the impact one can make when investing time and energy in the relationships around you.
